Dr. Richard J. Ablin, Honorary President of the International Society of Cryosurgery, will serve as Honorary Chairman representing America and as a Member of the Scientific Committee at the 14^th World Congress of Cryosurgery, International Society of Cryosurgery in Beijing, China, 3-6 November 2007.

 

Dr. Ablin, a pioneer in the surgical discipline of cryosurgery (the application of intense cold for the destruction of benign and malignant tumors) and the concept of “cryoimmunotherapy” for the treatment of cancer, will present a Plenary Lecture at the Congress.  In addition, Dr. Ablin will co-chair the First International Conference of Cryoimmunology, a Joint Meeting held in conjunction with the World Congress, at which he will also present an Invited Lecture.
